Bano Qudsia SI, HI, (Punjabi, Urdu: بانو قدسیه) (born 1928) is a writer, intellectual, playwright and spiritualist from Pakistan who is regarded among the best Urdu novelists and short story writers of modern times. She is best known for her novel Raja Gidh. She writes for television and stage in both Urdu and Punjabi languages. She is the wife of famous novelist Ashfaq Ahmed. She has written a number of popular television plays.

Zavia (زاویہ) by Ashfaq Ahmad (اشفاق احمد)
Ashfaq Ahmed, who recently passed away, authored more than 20 books in Urdu. His works included novels, short stories and plays for television and radio. The government awarded Ashfaq Ahmed the Sitara-e-Imtiaz - the highest civilian award - in recognition of his contribution to Urdu literature.

He has written numerous plays and one of them is Man Chalay Ka Sauda. PTV also produced this play and the play became quite famous. This play is about a modern man who gets fed up with his life and turns to Sufism for solace.

Abdullah (عبد اللہ) – Famous Urdu Novel by Hashim Nadeem
“Abdullah” is very beautiful book by Hashim Nadeem. The book tells a story of journey from Ishq Majazi (Virtual Love) to Ishq Haqeeqi (Real Love), the Love with Allah.
It is the story of the circle of Love. Sahir is a young university student. He belongs to an elite class family. His father is an industrialist. His family is completely secular and religion is like a banned thing in their home and in their society one feels performing Salat.
